Report a bad lead within 72 hours of delivery and we'll replace it. Bad leads include a disconnected or fake number, a renter or non-owner, an address outside your territory, a duplicate within 60 days, a non-coating request, or someone who says they never asked for a quote.
Not creditable: the homeowner chose another company, objected to price, or didn't answer a verified number. Credits are given as replacement leads. Full terms: Terms.
Yes. Each lead is delivered to one contractor and never resold or shared.
Each lead is sent within minutes of the homeowner submitting the form. How long a full pack takes depends on ad performance and season. If we can't deliver your pack within 45 days, unused leads are refunded pro-rata.

No long-term contract. You buy prepaid packs and agree to our short Terms.
A valid Arizona ROC license and insurance, a call to each lead within about an hour during business hours, and use of each lead only to quote that homeowner's project.
